Restorative Yoga is a gentle, nurturing practice designed to help your body unwind and your mind settle. This beginner‑friendly class uses simple postures, soft stretches, and supportive props to create a sense of ease and deep rest. There is no pressure to “perform” or get anything perfect – you simply arrive as you are and let the practice meet you there.
Each session moves slowly, with plenty of time to breathe, release tension, and reconnect with yourself. It’s ideal for anyone feeling tired, stressed, or new to yoga, and perfect if you’re looking for a calm space to reset at the end of the day.
You’ll leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more grounded – a quiet pause in a busy week.
We’ll meet at the village hall and go on an easy 5 minute walk into the woods, where the class will start on the banks of the stream under the golden glow of the setting sun.
