About Me

Hi, I'm Kavya Chandra.

I believe that healing begins when we slow down enough to listen to our breath, our bodies, and the world around us. Trained in traditional Hatha and modern Vinyasa flow, I blend mindful movement with gentle strength for classes that leave you feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.

My teaching style is warm and unhurried. I work with people of all abilities, and each session invites students to reconnect with nature in calm and peace, at a pace that is comfortable to them.
